Manufacturing & Order Policy

All products listed on couturecraze.in

 are manufactured and supplied directly by M/S Couturecraze. Each product is made-to-order unless otherwise specified.

Once an order is confirmed and payment is successfully received, the manufacturing process begins.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

As all products are made-to-order, cancellation requests will not be accepted after order confirmation and commencement of production.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to this no-cancellation policy.

Return & Refund Policy

Since all products are made-to-order and customized as per customer selection, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Returns will only be considered in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered

Product received in damaged condition (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof)

No returns will be accepted for:

Size issues (please refer to size chart carefully)

Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution

Change of mind

Shipping & Dispatch Policy

All orders are dispatched within 2–4 weeks from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier services.

Couturecraze shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

Courier partners

Natural disasters

Government restrictions

Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Due to photographic lighting and screen differences, actual product color, fabric texture, and design details may slightly vary from the images displayed on the website.

Such minor variations shall not be considered defects.
